 Red light therapy is a treatment that exposes skin to low levels of red or near-infrared light. Red light has been shown to reduce inflammation in the skin,  produce collagen,  prevent wrinkles, and improve skin texture. The question is ~ Does Red Light Therapy really work?

  I love looking younger than my age, thanks to the advancements in the beauty industry. I have tried many different facial products and have seen good results. From facial creams to Facial Laser devices, many of these items have improved the look of my skin and have helped with wrinkle reduction.

What is Red Light Therapy?

The wavelengths of red light penetration into the skin to induce changes in the skin through a process known as photo-biomodulation, which doesn’t require injury or trauma. How Often Do I Use The Red Light Therapy Wand?

Solawave recommends using the wand for 3 minutes per each section of your face. These facial sections include the cheeks, under eyes, forehead, and neck. 

My Initial Thoughts of the Solawave Radiant Renewal Wand

When I received the Solawave 4-in-1 Radiant Renewal Wand, I was happy that this facial device was small and lightweight. That would make it easy to take it with me when I travel. It even comes with a special travel case.  

 I also like that it is rechargeable through a charging cable that I can plug into a USB charger. I am not too thrilled that the charging cable is not a standard USB cord and has a specialized attachment. If I misplace the charging cord, I will not be able to recharge my wand and I will have to buy a new one.

The Red Light wand looks easy to use. I just have to apply the serum on my face and move the wand across each area on my face for 3 minutes. The wand's vibration will turn off after 3 minutes, so I won't have to watch the clock.

We all want our skin to look nice, especially on our face. I think this is true for most ladies and some men. We seem to be always looking for that product that will take care of acne, dull skin, fine lines, etc. The beauty business is a big one as they market all these different creams, cleansers, and masks that promise us beautiful skin. Over the years, I have tried plenty of beauty products for my skin and I have learned a thing or two about what key ingredients that have helped my skin look nice. Intensive Allograft Skin Serum

The Intensive Allograft Skin Serum is derived from the amniotic layer of placental tissue. I know that stem cells from placenta tissue had me concerned about unborn babies being harmed but the company gets the stem cells from donors. The stem cells and other ingredients in the serum are derived from the amniotic layer of placental tissue donated by mothers and fathers after live full-term Cesarean births. No fetuses, babies, or mothers are harmed. The placental tissue (which is normally discarded by hospitals) is collected by a tissue procurement bank that follows all guidelines established by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB).

How does this kit work?

When I first looked at everything that was in the StemCell Revive In-Home Facial Kit, I was a bit overwhelmed but I was glad that the kit included a step by step instruction booklet to help me understand how to use all the items. There was also a video on the website that also explained how to apply the serum.

 I made sure to take a before photo of my face before I started the beauty treatment. That way I could see if it gave me any promising results. As with all beauty treatments, it could take some time to see noticeable results. The website said that I might see some dramatic results after 2 days of applying the serum, so I decided to take a photo 2 days after and then a week later. I like it when before and after photos show changes, especially my 6-month fitness before and after photos.

A mini facial massage

 Applying the Intensive Allograft Skin Serum was like giving my face a mini facial massage. The cartridge holds plenty of serum and needs to be all absorbed into the skin. This process can take up to 20 minutes. So I applied the serum while watching TV. I did my treatment at night as the website said to not apply anything to your skin for two hours.

 The Hyaluronic Essence Ampoules were to be applied for the next 30 days to further improve the skin. I have used Hyaluronic before and this helps your skin absorb water. So I applied the Hyaluronic Essence Ampoules again at night time. I seem to have more time at night for my beauty treatments so that is when I choose to do them.

Did the StemCell Revive work?

 I took photos of my face before I used the StemCell Revive. Then I took more photos of my face after 2 days and after 2 weeks after applying the StemCell Revive. The StemCell website said that I would see some results after two days but that it may take longer. I really am not sure if the skin on my face changed in those two days. When I looked at the photos that I took after 2 weeks, I began to notice that the fine lines were not as deep. I also noticed that my skin seemed to be smoother and the area under my eyes was not as dark. 

 I will continue to use the 30-day supply of Hyaluronic Essence and will update this post with my 30-day photo of my face. What I like about this facial care kit is the fact that it was simpler to use when compared to other facial devices. I only had to use the StemCell Revive Pen once. The Hyaluronic Essence was easy to apply every night too. I have used facial devices that required me to use a device for 15 minutes ~ 3 times a week and the StemCell did not make me do that. This facial device is costly when compared to using anti-aging creams but way cheaper than salon facial treatments. It is also hard to replicate my face position for each photo but when I study my photos, I do see my skin improving. I think with each facial device that I review, they help keep my face young looking. It is also other healthy things that I do like exercise and eating healthy that keeps my skin looking nice.
