Ozeri ZP3-26 Stone Earth Pan

I love cooking and having the right cookware is an important part of making a meal.I want pans that are of good quality and that are safe for my family. The cookware also has to look nice as I have a pot rack where I hand all my cookware. The Ozeri ZP-26 Stone Earth Pan is a pan that meets my expectations in many ways. I am a visual person first and the Ozeri Stone Earth pan is so cool looking. I love the grey outside color and the speckled inside too. The bottom of the pan with its magnetized base is fancy also.

Now lets move onto the great qualities of this Ozeri Stone Earth pan. The pan utilizes a natural stone-derived coating from Germany that achieves non-stick performance while being 100% free of PFOA, a harmful chemical found in tradition cookware. That means no harmful fumes or toxins are released when you cook at high temperatures. The pan is also scratch resistant and easy to clean. I love the heat-resistant silicone coated handle on the pan that makes the pan so comfortable to hold. The cool looking bottom of the pan has a magnetized base for use with rapid heat transfer induction stoves. The great non-stick properties of the Stone Earth Pan allows you to saute, fry, bake, boil and braise with as little as half the amount of oil you would normally use. The Stone Earth Pan by Ozeri is made of the highest quality die-cast aluminum and like all Ozeri products your satisfaction is guaranteed.

I decided to make eggs in the Ozeri Stone Earth pan as eggs always tend to stick to most pans. I made a spinach and cheese omelette for my lunch. I sprayed a couple of drops of oil in my pan after I heated it up and then cooked the eggs. I was amazed at how easy it was to flip my omelette in the pan as it did not stick to the pan. There was very little residue of egg left on the pan after I took my omelette out. Once the pan cooled down I just rinsed the pan in soapy water and it was clean. The pan also comes with a green Ozeri protector, which you place inside the pan, so the surface won't become scratched when being stored in the cupboard.

I love Ozeri! I recently reviewed another pan they have. It's the best pan I own. I actually hid it from the kids so they don't ruin it. :)

This looks lil a great skillet. I love that it comes with a protector for the inside. We have been using paper towel between our non-sticks to prevent scratches.
