How To Cover Up Facial Scars And Imperfections So You Can Look Your Best

I used to have nice looking skin when I was younger. Even as a teen, I never had acne either. I looked nice without any makeup and never really wore any unless I was dressing up. Then I started having kids and my face started to experience acne. That acne lead to scars because I popped those pimples, I just had to get rid of them. As I aged, I also developed freckles from the sun. I am now starting to see age spots and those fine lines. Then there is the dry skin and uneven skin tone, oh how I wish I had better looking skin. I now never leave the house without makeup, especially concealer and foundation. I am thankful that there is makeup to cover up all my imperfections on my face.

The photo below shows my face without any makeup. Those "spots" and uneven skin tone drives me crazy. The photo does not show it well but I think my skin is too red also.

I never leave the house without at least foundation. My morning routine includes applying moisturizer and foundation. My new favorite foundation that I like to use is a breathable one as I hate the feel of heavy makeup on my skin. Oxygenetix Breathable Foundation not only does a great job of covering up my skin problems but treats them to minimize them. It has a super charged oxygen complex called Ceravitae in it that does so much more than just covering up my imperfections.

I just love how my skin looks after applying. I forget that I have it on as it is so light. I can barely notice those spots and my skin tone looks so much better.  My face is now ready for the rest of my makeup. If I am just running errands I just wear Oxygenetix Breathable Foundation but, if I am going out for dinner or church then I will also wear powder, eye shadow and other makeup. This foundation even contains SPF 25 to protect my skin from more sun damage. I can even wear it while swimming as it is water-resistant.
My old foundation never did this good at covering my spots and I had to use concealer which felt heavy. There are other benefits too that my new foundation has. This foundation works to  covers and treat a wide variety of skin problems like skin injuries, wounds, rashes, cracked, dry skin, acne scars, rosacea, and more. It might even eliminate scars. I might just be able to say goodbye to those pimple popping scars on my face.

Check out some more amazing facts about Oxygenetix Breathable Foundation. There is also a moisturizer that works well with the foundation.

• Non-Comedogenic (it won't clog pores)
• Oil-Free
• Fragrance -Free
• Organically certified ingredients
• Contains SPF 25 (for UVA/UVB sun protection)
• Not drying - allows retention of natural fluids - even following aggressive resurfacing.
• Hypoallergenic (less allergic reactions than with other cosmetics)
• Non-irritating to sensitive skin (safe to use it after most cosmetic procedures).

Never heard of this brand but looks like a great product and one that fits my needs. I'm the same, didn't have acne until I was an adult and I have scars, too. Love that this has SPF already in it and oil-free!

my scars are my reminder, of the tribulations that i've gone through. hiding them does nothing for me.

Sounds great. I have rosacea and was wondering how it would work covering up all the red blotches. Might be worth a try. Thank you for sharing.
