If You Can't Keep Plants Alive Fake It With Museum Trees

Silk Plants that look so real!

I was provided with a complimentary tree in exchange for a fair and honest review.

I love plants but I am a plant killer. When I visit the hardware store, I always gravitate to the plant section and I just have to browse. The next thing that happens is I get sucked in by all the pretty colors and before I can say no, I am a proud owner of a new plant. I bring the plant home and I have all the intentions in the world to take care of it. I do well for the first couple of days and I remember to water it. Then I don't know what happens, life gets in the way, and I forget all about my plant. When I do remember my plant, it is too late and no amount of care brings it back. Don't tell me to just buy a cactus, I have killed those too.

I can keep kids alive

I just don't understand, I am a very loving person. I have five kids and they are all alive and growing. Maybe it the plant would just scream that it needs water, I could keep it alive. So for now, I just stay away from places that sell plants and get my plant fix when I am out walking. So when I discovered a place that sells Custom Artificial Trees and other plants that look so real, I was so excited! I could have a pretty plant in my house that looks like the real thing and needed none of my attention. This plant looks amazing without any water or sun! So I could place it anywhere in my house and enjoy it! That is a good thing for me as my house gets very little natural sunlight. I also keep my house too cold in the winter for a plant. I am the one who is always warm and I tell my family to put on a sweater!

This plant looks amazing without any water or sun!

I love silk plants and they are great for decorating. This Zebra Plant looks amazing in my house and it so refreshing and it adds amazing color. It reminds me of a tropical island. I live in the desert so even if I had a green thumb, a real tropical plant would never survive in my house or outside. The only care that I have to give this green striped plant is an occasional dusting. If I forget to dust my beautiful plant, it still looks amazing.

I can even place this plant outside if I like and it will survive. I might use it for decorating when I entertain outside. Even outside this plant needs no watering so it fits in well with the drought-resistant plants that I have in my backyard. The Zebra plant is "planted" in a pot with decorative moss but I think it would look amazing if I transplanted it into another pot with some rocks from my yard.

Can you keep plants alive? Or do you kill them like me?

They have a huge variety of plants for almost any budget!

I am not too good with plants, either. I tried to start an herb garden and killed them all, boo! These would be a great addition to my house.

I tried so hard to make my plants live but wasn't successful. Maybe I should try this way :)

Yes, I have to get plants that can basically take care of themselves. LOL!

I had a huge beautiful 'fake' ficus for years at an office. I left the job and the tree was a bad memory. Thanks so much for showing me again how beautiful they can be anywhere. Time to shop around and make new memories.

Low maintenance and look great. We always had fake plants around the house. They still make people cheerful with the bright colors and pretty flowers.

I have the hardest time keeping my indoor plants alive and I don't know why. I've been thinking about buying fake plants once I move into my new apartment. I thought I'd try live ones there first but I may skip that and go right into buying mode, lol.
