Tropical Coconut Mango Smoothie That Is Dairy And Gluten Free

This tropical coconut mango smoothie is so refreshing

I love spring! The days are warmer and everything is getting a fresh new look. The birds are singing and the flowers are blooming. Even my mornings are getting a fresh change. I am waking up earlier and ready to start the day with a healthy attitude. Maybe the thought of wearing shorts has me wanting a healthy body. I think the spring weather helps me want to eat healthy too. I am buying more fruits and one of my favorite fruits is mangos. I just love starting my day with a healthy smoothie that is loaded with protein and delicious fruit. My favorite smoothie for spring is a tropical coconut mango smoothie. This smoothie has a wonderfully refreshing tropical taste and is so healthy and flavorful. One sip and you might think you are overindulging, relax you can enjoy this smoothie is 100% guilt free. It is a delicious way to start your day.

Plant-based nutrition

I have been making all my smoothies with plant-based protein powder. I love that this vegan protein powder is soy-free and loaded with tons of superfoods. It also has 25 grams of Time Released Protein to sustain energy and keep me full. That way I am less tempted to snack in the morning. The chia seeds and coconut flakes also give my smoothie plenty of fiber so this smoothie helps keep me regular with my potty habits. I find that fiber and protein also keep me from snacking all morning.

A dairy and gluten free smoothie is hard to come by so this is really awesome. I love the use of tropical fruits too, that makes this smoothie even more refreshing. Thank you so much for the recipe!

We usually do coconut and banana but might have to swap out for some mangos. I have not tried this brand before, will check them out.
