The Jump Rope Workout That Gives You A Full Body Workout

Do you want an efficient workout that takes less than 20 minutes?

Most people do not look forward to daily exercise and tend to put it off. If you are like most people you make excuses about why you do not exercise. I think the most common reasons for skipping a workout is, I don't have time, I have kids, and it is boring. We all need exercise and not exercising will hurt your body as you age. You may think you are doing just fine without exercise but your body really is not working as it should. Right now you may be experiencing things that could be related to lack of exercise, like being tired, depression, feeling sick, constipation, and many more things. When you get older, a lack of exercise may cause high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, and more. Exercise is good for a healthy heart and more. When my husband complains about exercise, I remind him that it is something we need to do just like brushing our teeth. You don't brush your teeth, they will fall out. So if you don't place importance on exercise and figure out how to make the time for exercise, your body will suffer.

Ten Tips for a Healthy Heart

A Workout That Works In Less Time

So stop making excuses about exercise and plan it into your week. To keep your body healthy, one should workout 3-5 times a week. Depending on the type of exercise, that workout could only take 20-45 minutes. How would you like the exercise plan that is only 20 minutes long? How would you like to have an exercise that is a full-body workout that you can do anywhere? Meet the Crossrope.

Reasons Why Kids Are Overweight and how you can help

The World's Most Efficient Workout, Anywhere

The jump rope has been the tried and true cardio method for years, but Crossrope has revolutionized jump rope fitness by creating interchangeable weighted ropes for added resistance and strength training. Jumpers can burn over 1000 calories per hour - that’s more effective than running, rowing, and biking, and can save you hundreds of dollars on expensive gym memberships and personal training sessions. You can see Crossrope in action HERE.

The Crossrope makes fitness fun and I love that I can jump rope outside while the kids are playing. So I can't make excuses about how being a stay at home mom leaves me no time to exercise. If jump roping is not your thing, check out these Workout Tips For Stay At Home Moms. The best part about using a jump rope is how quickly I can get my workout in for the day. I just put on some music and about songs later, my workout is done. Jump roping is a full-body cardio workout that targets so many muscles. I get a workout that helps me burn fat and helps me develop lean muscle all with some great cardio for my heart. I even save tons of money with this jump rope workout as I don't need a fancy gym membership. So I don't let any excuses, like my asthma, get in the way of my daily exercise. I find that exercise helps my asthma as it helps my body expel the mucus that clogs my airways.

What makes the Crossrope unique?

The Crossrope is more than a jump rope. It is a durable braided steel rope with a proprietary coating that eliminates tangling and gives you the freedom to jump anywhere. This unique jump rope is available in many different sizes to fit all heights. That means I can get a medium Crossrope that fits me and not my tall son. That has always been a frustration with my tall 6'3' son as most jump ropes are too short for him. So I am sending my son an XL Crossrope before he heads out to sea on a cargo ship. So my son can still train for his track team at the Merchant Marine Academy with a great endurance workout. The cargo ship that he will be traveling on for 3 months may not have a gym so the Crossrope will allow my son to exercise while on the ship. My son loves how compact the Crossrope is so it will not take up much space in his seabag. I was able to fit 2 Crossropes into the smallest USPS Priority box when I shipped it out to my son in New York.

The Crossropes are also weighted and have interchangeable high-performance handles with ergonomic handle grips that give you a smooth jumping experience. every. So with each Crossrope kit, you get two different jump ropes in different weights that have a patented "fast clip system" so you can quickly change between light and heavy ropes for a more versatile workout.

Crossrope comes with a free workout app

Best of all, Crossrope comes with a free workout app that offers hundreds of fun and challenging workouts to help you get fit anywhere. So your great workout can be done anywhere, on your time. Their unique workout app gives you access to quick workouts and fun challenges wherever you go. If you need workout motivation, the Crossrope Facebook page has a community of  80,000 jumpers who encourage each other and add accountability so jumpers can achieve their fitness goals.

The Best Exercises To Stay In Shape

The Crossrope is the perfect exercise gear for traveling. When I travel, I don't always have access to a gym so I love that this fitness equipment weights less than 2 pounds and it takes up almost no space in my suitcase. So I can fit exercise into my schedule even when I travel. In the wintertime when it is too cold to exercise outside, I can jump rope in my garage for some amazing exercise. The thing I love most about the Crossrope is it keeps my arm muscles toned so I don't have to lift weights. It also is great for my core muscles so I can kiss those boring situps goodbye. When I am pressed for time on busy days, I sometimes break up my workout time, so I do ten minutes of jump roping in the morning and ten more minutes in the afternoon.

I could never skip rope. I can maybe jump twice before I falter. But I admire anyone who can keep it up for longer and have always been told what a great form of exercise it is.
