NO BAKE CHOCOLATE-DIPPED PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN CANDY

These no-bake treats are so delicious & loaded with healthy protein goodness

I can say that chocolate and peanut butter are some of my top flavor combos. There is just something about peanut butter dipped in chocolate that is a taste that I can't get enough of. The strange thing is I do not like the taste of peanut butter by itself. I also can't stand the smell of peanut butter straight from the jar. When my kids eat a peanut butter sandwich, they know to stay away from me as their peanut butter breath annoys me.

Combine the gooey peanut butter and sweet chocolate taste together and I am licking the spoon. I just love chocolate peanut butter ice cream, vegan for me and peanut butter cookies dipped in chocolate. I also love chocolate peanut butter protein smoothies. I used to make my peanut butter chocolate smoothies with chocolate protein powder and peanut butter powder but I discovered an amazing chocolate peanut butter protein powder that is so delicious.

Organic Protein Plant-Based Protein Powder

Orgain™ makes a vegan protein powder that I can enjoy on my dairy-free diet. It was about three years ago when I decided to use a whey-based protein powder that led to my discovery of my dairy allergy. I did not know at the time that I was allergic to milk but after 6 months of severe asthma attacks, I realized that dairy was the cause. It was a blood food allergy test that confirmed my dairy allergy.

I first discovered Orgain Organic Protein™ Plant-Based Protein Powder about 2 years ago when I tried a sample at a health conference. The flavor of Orgain protein powder that I tried was chocolate and I loved how smooth and creamy it was. I also loved the simple ingredients and that it was made with vegan ingredients.

This organic plant-based protein powder serves up 21g of vegan protein and only 150 calories in every serving. I love how it fuels my body with clean, organic nutrition with a complete amino acid profile, no added sugar, and no artificial sweeteners.

Peanut Butter and Chocolate in One Scoop

One scoop of Orgain protein powder is all I need to make a delicious chocolate peanut butter smoothie. So one less supplement container in my pantry is a good thing. To add additional nutrition like fiber and antioxidants to my protein smoothie, I like to add a cup of frozen blueberries. Blueberries blend nicely in a chocolate smoothie and don't leave a fruity taste. So I end up with a creamy peanut butter smoothie. My boys like to use bananas in place of blueberries but I don't care for the taste of bananas.

Protein Powder Adds Protein To Sweet Treats

I like adding protein powder to recipes like vegan chocolate pancakes, gluten-free brownies, and this NO BAKE CHOCOLATE DIPPED PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN CANDY recipe. Protein powder adds protein and fiber to make my recipes healthy. The best part is my kids still enjoy their favorite treats and this mom snuck some extra nutrition into their bodies.

Sprinkles are optional on these no-bake chocolate-dipped peanut butter protein treats. I think that the sprinkles add a nice look to the candy. You can shape these treats into many different shapes. I like making mine in a patty shape but you can roll the chocolate dough into balls or logs. No matter what shape you mold these treats into they will be super delicious and loaded with the power of protein.
