Keep Your Money Safe From Thieves While Traveling With A Money Belt

It is official! I am going to Blogger Bash and BlogHer. I am so excited that I get to go to New York for awesome blogging conferences. I am going all by myself, without the family, so it will be like a mini vacation. I get to attend fun blogging events and stay in a hotel all by myself. It is going to be so much fun. The only drawback is I will have to maneuver crowded airports and busy subways all by myself. I will of course protect my money, credit cards and other important items.

I found a wonderful money belt that will not only keep my money hidden from thieves but it will also protect my credit cards from being electronically stolen. This travel belt will allow me to travel safe while keeping my money and other important items like credit cards and plane tickets safely hidden from criminals. The money belt has three zippered pockets and the inner pocket even has three separate pouches to put your  credits cards in. The inner credit card pocket has RFID blocking on it so sophisticated crooks can’t  scan your credit cards and steal your identity. The crook does not even have to be near your to scan your credit card. That is scary stuff, but it does not have to be when you wear the Merinte’s money belt. Traveling is suppose  to be fun so don’t let it turn into a
nightmare.

The Merinte’s money belt is easily worn underneath or outside your clothing. This lightweight belt even has a stop drop loop, that clicks over your belt, that will prevent a thief from getting your money if they cut the belt. The belt comes with an adjustable, stretchy waistband so it will fit almost anyone.  You can place items like cash, credit cards, plane tickets, and passports in the roomy pockets. You can even place your phone and small jewelry in the pockets.  Your items are then easy to access when you need them, no more having to digging through your suitcase when you need to present your airline tickets. I love that this belt also has breathable mesh on it as I will be traveling in July which is a hot humid month in New York. The pouch is even water resistant.  The money pouch is awesome for people to use in airports, bus stations, sporting events, and even everyday shopping.

So protect your money and other important items when you travel. I don’t even want to think of being stranded in New York without my money, phone or credit card. I am going to be travel smart and wear the Merinte’s money belt while I am enjoying my time in New York. So if you want to be smart while traveling be sure to check out how you can get a money belt for yourself. Also you can save $5.00 of the price of the money belt by using code WRM8ACAR on Amazon.

That's pretty cool. Usually the smaller ones don't hold much, but that looks like it would keep a bunch. Would love that when we're out offroading, perfect for medicine, keys, etc.

This is such a god idea! They have a sleeker design than fanny packs so they look nice too. Have fun at BlogHer and Blogger Bash. I'm jealous!

Great idea...I always have a fear of being robbed and left with nothing and a thousand miles from home.

As long as its tucked away, then I'm sure it's so much safer than a purse that's out in the open. Stay safe and have a great time!

This is a really good idea. I am always so paranoid when I travel so this would come in really handy!

Yes, this would work for traveling :) xo

It does look like it would hold a lot yet it doesn't stand out like a fat old fanny pack would. Would be great to have.

I really like the idea of not needing a purse!

I like that it has a sleek design. This would be great for international travel and sightseeing without having to carry a backpack or purse. Thanks for sharing!

Have a great time at your events! I try not to carry a purse so having something small to put things in is a great option!
