  CBD may have been around for a long time but so many people are now realizing the benefits of CBD oil. I discovered CBD products three years ago. When I first discovered CBD capsules, I had so many questions about what is CBD and how does CBD work? I was thankful that I was at a health conference for bloggers and I was able to have my CBD questions answered by a reputable CBD company that was not trying to sell me anything. In fact, this company offered me samples of CBD tinctures and CBD capsules so I could experience the benefits of CBD. I also received a sample of CBD ointment and plenty of literature explaining how to best use CBD oil.

CBD has so many uses

 At that health conference, I learned that CBD was good for anxiety and pain. Since I was not experiencing any pain or feeling anxious that day, the CBD pills had no effect on me. When I put away all my swag from this conference, I placed the CBD samples in my pantry. Several months later, I had intense pain in my thumb all day. I had not done anything to my thumb to indicate that it was broken so I went to DR. Google for advice. The good doctor said that it might be a trigger thumb. Then I remembered that CBD was good for pain. I grabbed the sample of CBD cream that was in my pantry and rubbed it on my thumb. The pain in my thumb started to fade away and I then went to bed. When I woke up the next day my thumb felt better. So I was sold on CBD for pain relief and started to use it instead of aspirin. I even gave CBD to my boys after their orthodontist appointment.
