Roasted Garbanzo Beans 

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
optional spices like chili powder, red pepper, seasoned salt, or crushed rosemary- use about 1/4 teaspoon of the desired spice.

Oven 400F
  Pat the garbanzo beans gently with a paper towel to dry them. Then place them in a bowl and add the olive oil and seasoning. Stir until beans are covered with oil and spices. Place the beans on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stir the beans and bake 15 more minutes or until toasted and brown. Let the beans cool down and enjoy. Store leftovers in a container with a tight lid. Serves two.
